One cool thing that IOS and Android Device has is the simple drag & drop of one app over another to create folder. If you want similar function in your Windows PC, you can have so by installing Smart Folders from Addictivetips.com. Here is a demo video that showcase this cool app for Windows.
During first time use, you have to register the file extensions that you want to associate with the program. Once your done registering all extensions you want to include, all you need is to drag the file/s on top of another file and it will ask you for the name of the folder that you want to create.
Smart Folders works on Windows XP, Vista and Windows 7. I tested it on Windows 7 x86 version.
