Online Office Productivity Suite With Live Documents
If your torn between Microsoft Office and Google Docs then you can try Live Documents which has the power of document creation of Office and the ease of sharing online of Google Docs. Live Documents bridge the gap of MS Office and Google Docs, combining the most useful features of the two in to one Office productivity suite online. Upon creation of a free account, your entitled of 100 MB storage space. Once login, you will be directed to neat windows desktop like environment where you can easily create a new document or access existing one. To create a new document, just click the Create Document icon. You'll be asked for the type of the document and then an option to share or collaborate it with contacts. You can skip the Share Document option if you want to share it afterwards.
The interface for document creation is simple and almost similar with popular document processor such as MS Office. From the right pane, you can access Text Styles (i.e. Font, Margins, Paragraph), Bullet & Tables and etc. When your done, you can commit the changes by clicking the Save button from the top-right toolbar. You can also share it anytime by hitting the Share button.
