When testing web applications, I usually change my default IP address to Public Address to validate if my app is working properly. If your like me who change the IP Address regularly then IP Switcher software can free you from this tedious task. IP Switcher is a portable app that allows you to configure multiple IP profiles and activate it from the tray menu. It can easily configure your IP settings for IPv4 and IPv6. On the main menu, the following information are displayed: network adapter name, description, status and current IPv4 and IPv6 IP address.
To add new IP profile, just click the "New" button and the IP Setting dialog box will appear. To switch to different IP, just right-click the IP Switcher tray icon and select for new IP. IP Switcher is a handy tool for users who works in different network environments which changing IP settings is a must. It works on both 32-bit and 64-bit editions of the Microsoft Windows operating system and requires the Microsoft .net Framework 2.0.
