CianoDock , A Beautiful Application Launcher

Although I already like the default look and navigation feature of Windows 7, adding a eye-candy application launcher won't do harm. CianoDock is a free app for Windows that add more beauty to Windows and provide ease of access to your favorite programs. Using the app will enables you to group and access commonly used application with a single click. By default, it has four groups (Computer, Games, Office, Multimedia). To add any application, just drag and drop it in your preferred group. You can also create a new group by right-clicking the app and selecting "Add a new group".

You can also enhance the look of the dock launcher by changing its background. To change background, right-click the app, select Backgrounds from the context menu, then drag and drop an image from the popup folder containing background images.
