Remove redundant characters from a file using Text CleanserDo you need to remove redundant and unwanted characters in a text file (Ex. Asterisks, Hyphens, Empty Spaces, etc)? Ofcourse you can manually do it by opening the text file with notepad or any word processor then use Replace function to remove specific characters one by one. But you don't wanna to this, right? instead doing it manually you can perform auto cleanup using a freeware called Text Cleanser. It is a free utility that allow users to cleanup text files in few seconds.


Text Cleanser can clean various characters from the beginning of each line and can also remove any user defined text or character from anywhere in the text. It supports removal of the following predefined characters.

You can also remove custom string from the beginning of each line or from the whole text. Take note that the deletion process is recursive! Therefore, if you wish to remove mi from mimic, for example, the result will be c.
