Recycle Bin hold files and folders that are deleted before final deletion from a storage device. You can recover any recycle bin item as long as the item is still there. What the Recycle Bin lacks is a feature to delete items on the basis of days. For example, if you want to permanently remove items which have been in the recycle bin for last 30 days, then there is no such feature available. This is where the Bin Manager become handy.It is a small app which allows you to permanently delete items that were deleted today, yesterday, 2 days ago, 3 days ago, 7 days ago, or 30 days ago.
All you have to do is install the app and it will add an entry to the right-click context menu of the recycle bin. Now you can delete items on the basis of time. Just right-click the recycle bin icon and select Delete Items Older Than option. A scriptable component for managing the recycle bin is also available for more advanced users.
